Back in the day, I used to work in the automotive industry as an industrial engineer. That’s where I first came across the concept of Kaizen.

The idea is simple but powerful: making small, consistent changes every day to get better, whether that’s in your work, your habits, or your life.

Years later, as I transitioned from engineering to becoming a holistic practitioner, I realized that Kaizen wasn’t just for manufacturing or business. It was a mindset, transsformed into a lifestyle, that could be applied to personal growth, too.
