The Story Behind This Activation:

Every single thing I teach and share comes from my own experience... so this is no exception.

Five years ago, I was that person who resisted technology at all costs.

I was deeply in my spiritual era and wanted to stay as far from technology as possible. During the pandemic I taught all my yoga classes from my phone because I didn't have a laptop — nor could I afford one.

Things have changed a ton since then.
